We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who provides false information or fails to meet our eligibility requirements.
4. Consultation and Fees
4.1 Initial Inquiry
Clients may reach out freely to inquire about services or request preliminary information. Initial inquiries are provided at no cost.
4.2 Consultancy Fee
Before we begin any personalized loan research or facilitation work, clients are required to pay a non-refundable consultancy fee. This fee covers administrative expenses such as document handling and credit checks.
The consultancy fee does not guarantee loan approval, specific terms, or outcomes.
Payment merely authorizes Axis.ke to commence the consultation process.
4.3 Payment Terms
All fees are payable upfront and in full through approved payment methods.
Failure to make payment will result in the suspension or termination of the consultation process.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
provide accurate and complete documentation (e.g., identification, payslips, security details);
disclose all relevant financial information truthfully;
promptly communicate any changes to personal or financial details; and
use the information provided by Axis.ke responsibly and at their own discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate a consultation if the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While Axis.ke strives to match clients with the most suitable loan options, we do not guarantee:
loan approval by any financial institution;
specific interest rates or repayment terms; or
the timeframe in which a bank may process or respond to an application.
All loan decisions are made by the respective financial institutions based on their internal criteria.
7. No Financial or Investment Advice
All information, comparisons, or opinions provided by Axis.ke—whether through this website, by email, or during consultations—are for general informational purposes only.
Axis.ke does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
Clients should not interpret any information shared as a recommendation to enter into a particular loan or financial product.
We strongly encourage clients to conduct their own due diligence or seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.
8. Third-Party Institutions
Our website and consultations may include references to, or communications with, banks and other financial institutions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
